How long does shipping take?
We offer standard shipping on all orders within NZ. Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days once the order has been dispatched. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
Packaging and gift wrapping
All orders come beautifully arranged in a Spring branded packaging. Gift wrapping is available.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat rate of NZD $8.80 within North Island, New Zealand (non Rural). Rural North Island flat rate of $10.00.
All South Island shipping is a flat rate of NZD $20.00.
Express same day delivery is available within Auckland CBD on weekdays only.
Free Shipping Ts & Cs
Free shipping is valid for online orders over $200.00 at springstore.co.nz or as a part of a promotion for a limited time.
Cart items must total $200 or more (or specified amount for a promotion) and delivery to an NZ address for FREESHIP200 (or a promotion code) to activate.
Customers must insert the discount code FREESHIP200 (or a specific promotion code) at the checkout to be eligible for free shipping to New Zealand locations only.
Free shipping is not transferable nor shipping costs refundable if code is not applied by the customer to their cart for a completed sale.
This offer is not applicable for wholesale clients.
Click & Collect
Click and Collect is available for all online orders. Add your chosen products to Cart, select 'Pick up' during the checkout process then complete your order. Pick up is available only from Spring Spa PONSONBY 228 Ponsonby Road, Ponsonby, Auckland 1011. There is no collection fee payable when you collect your order.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. You need to provide proof of purchase such as Ready to Collect email or Order confirmation email. This may be presented on your mobile phone or as print out. You may be asked to provide proof of ID e.g. a driver's license, passport or valid photo ID. If someone else is collecting the item on your behalf the purchaser must inform Spring Store in advance and the collector must present Ready to Collect email or Order confirmation email.
Your order may not be ready until you receive the email notification.
We will do what we reasonably can to make your order available for pick-up within the timeslot. However, some delays may occur time to time e.g. stock availability, items being shipped from other sites. We reserve the right to amend Click & Collect schedules at our sole discretion.
Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your courier job number and a track and trace link. Redirection enquiries can be organised directly with the courier.

Can I ship to a PO box?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Lost, damaged or missing goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, or not received within 5 working days, please contact our customer service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm NZST.
Returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase on the condition the item(s) is unopened, undamaged and in a resalable state. Refund or store credit will be issued at the discretion of Spring Store. Please contact the customer service team at email@example.com to register your return item(s) and for instructions.
