How long does shipping take?
We offer standard shipping on all orders within NZ. Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days once the order has been dispatched. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
Packaging and gift wrapping
All orders come beautifully arranged in a Spring branded packaging.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat rate of NZD $8.50 within North Island, New Zealand (non Rural). Rural North Island flat rate of $10.00.
All South Island shipping is a flat rate of NZD $20.00.
Express same day delivery is available within Auckland CBD on weekdays only.
Free Shipping Ts & Cs?
Free shipping is valid for online orders over $150.00 at springstore.co.nz for a limited time.
Customers must insert the discount code FREESHIP150 at the checkout to be eligible for free shipping to New Zealand locations only.
Free shipping is not transferable nor shipping costs refundable if code is not applied by the customer to their cart for a completed sale.
Cart items must total $150 or more and delivery to an NZ address for FREESHIP150 to activate.
This offer is not applicable for wholesale clients.
Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your courier job number and a track and trace link. Redirection enquiries can be organised directly with the courier.

Can I ship to a PO box?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Lost, damaged or missing goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, or not received within 5 working days, please contact our customer service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm NZST.
Returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase on the condition the item(s) is unopened, undamaged and in a resalable state. Refund or store credit will be issued at the discretion of Spring Store. Please contact the customer service team at email@example.com to register your return item(s) and for instructions.
