THE INDIAN INHALER
I have family and friends all over the world, resulting in my Whats App constantly pinging at crazy hours with recipes, chants, preachers and videos. During lockdown I received a forward by an adolescent guru/fortune teller which piqued my interest. His predictions certainly haven’t come true but his recipe for an alleged COVID prevention inhalation has some merit. I’m not sure if it will keep the virus at bay but I must confess after trying the inhalation on a daily basis during Lockdown 4, my chest and breathing did feel better.

Give it a go, it can’t do any harm!

Ingredients:
- Grated ginger
- Grated turmeric (powder is fine if fresh not available)
- Caraway seeds
Method:
Bring the above to boil. Cover bowl with towel and inhale 10-20 times.
